A Soccer Game and the River....

We are in full soccer mode on Saturdays around here. Addie likes playing soccer and I can see some improvement in the past month. She is beginning too run a little harder and faster. This past weekend's game, she kicked it all the way down the field and almost made a goal. We like to call it an "assist" because the little girl that she kicked it to made a goal.

But I think the favorite thing about playing soccer, is the post-game stop at the playground. She was so excited to work on her "monkey bar exercise" after the game. She can now go across three of them without any help.

After the game we went to the River to see Ninnie and Poppy's new place and get out on the boat. The place looks great and the kids had a blast on the playground and four wheeler. We also watched Kyle and Clint play James Bond with some remote control boats.

Uncle Clint trying to keep the peace between two children who want to drive the boat for themselves. I just like to call it practice for his future life.

Addie and Daddy enjoying the slow boat ride back to the dock
since the boat was not river ready. Something happened to the gear during the ride. The one time we went on the boat without food and the boat breaks. Lesson Learned:)
Two hours later we were back at the camper.

I am sure Poppy will get it fixed.
